Argerich made numerous mistakes playing Chopin Op. 10 no 1 in the competition. I guess that was ok and as usual she plays everything too fast. Overrated.
Can be a good point but too fast relative to what or to who? In the case of studies, isn’t speed a requirement?
Her Op.10 no.1 is considered by most to be one of the best performances ever given of this work. I’m sorry you utterly and completely fail to see the value of this performance.
