Sibelius bottle goes to national museum
OrchestrasRemember the brandy bottle that Helsinki builders found a few weeks ago in Jean Sibelius’s favourite boozer?
The Finnish National Museum in Helsinki has claimed it as a valuable relic and has put it on display beside the portrait of the national composer, looking somewhat the worse for wear after a few drinks, or more.
