Gabriela Montero takes residency near Washington DC
NewsThe peripatetic improvisational pianist has struck roots in Easton, Maryland, where she has bought a house and established a year-round artist residency, known as Gabriela Montero at Prager.
Her guests in the opening year will include Yuja Wang, Joshua Bell, Larisa Martinez, Marc-André Hamelin, Paquito d’Rivera and Vanessa Perez.
