Ridiculous situation, it’s like a football match where the referee is also the coach for one of the teams.
This hardly matters to the Czechs, who don’t care if something is low-quality or mediocre as long as it’s theirs, e.g., every Czech classical musician of the past 20 years. Plus, they basically operate on a mafia system, so this wouldn’t bother them.
Tossing out all highest and lowest scores for each candidate in every round will solve all problems of favoritism and nepotism.
