Hélène Grimaud
The Wolf
Not so many clues except the collor of her hair. Valentina Lisitsa, maybe?
Maybe Gabriela Montero?
That’s what I wondered.
Gina Bachauer?
Oh come now. What a bunch of sourpusses.
Ursula Oppens?
If you press “save an image” you’ll see the name of file 🙂
“Name her.”

If we only had some clues.
Anne Sophie Mutter changing instruments?
Helene’ Grimaud
Olga Kern
Mask Johnson
Mr. Lebrecht, a tip: Next time, don’t save the image with the name of the pianist. For us with the right browser, all we had to do was to hold the mouse over the image and the name of the pianist appeared. (Would not have managed to see who it was otherwise, so a good quiz it is!)

Helen Grimaud. After this month poor recital in San Francisco I can’t call her “a star”.
She’s very overrated
anyway.
This was certainly a sparsely attended recital due to COVID I’m sure and unfortunately was not reviewed but in no way would I describe her performance as “poor.” I found it varied and refreshing.
Olga Kern?
I cannot speak for the hair as she can change it at warp speed but this is la belle Hélene’s go to rehearsal uniform, from the puffy vest to the comfy shoes with the rolling heal… she lives in these things so yeah i go with the wolf goddess! she’s as stunning in real life as she is in her partner’s photos… ps this was oddly fun..NL make this a feature! or even an unidentified sound link and ‘guess the player..’
She turned up to play a concert I attended once not much better dressed, though somewhat better coiffed.
Simone Dinnerstein
Hugely overrated.
