I repeat: Why does she assume we care?!
Like her or not, she remains one of the most bankable opera stars on the planet. Her innumerable fans DO care and as a celebrity, she is communicating with them.
In your case, I suggest you simply ignore her Instagram posts and take that time to get your panties out of their bunch.

Ah just give me a break…. She is probably the most overrated opera “star” on the planet and won’t be remembered for any particular role. Her voice is artificially thickened since approx 10 years because she cannot sing.
If people pay money to listen to her it does not mean she is that great, it just shows how amateurish the new opera audiences are!
It’s easiest if you just firmly grasp your clothing below the waist in back and pull down on your pants and the offending underwear with one sturdy yank. You will experience immediate relief from those annoying bunches.
I never understood the adulation for this soprano. Not at all.
You could substitute the names of many singers (here). How many people never got Callas, or have simply cancelled Domingo. To each his own…it’s all subjective and not worth playing the game of mine’s better than yours.

Very unfortunately, I recently broke my right foot and so can’t get to the family circle of the Metropolitan Opera in New York City her and other great voices in person.
