Disgraced opera chief takes a period of leave
NewsThe case of the former chief conductor of Danish Radio’s, Michael Bojesen, continues to dominate the national news.
Bojesen, 60 resigned yesterday as chair of the grant-giving Arts Council, but held onto his job as director at Malmö Opera.
Today he announced that he is taken leave from the opera, leaving administrative responsibility to Carina Ostrander and artistic decisions to Elisabeth Linton.
He has granted the leave to himself and has not said how long he will be away.
