How an English chorus learns to sing again
mainThis is a birdseye view of a rehearsal of the Worcester section of the Three Choirs Festival chorus, held in yesterday’s sunshine in the Worcester Cathedral cloister garden. Worcester, as festival host, provides the largest part of the choir.
The rehearsal complies with the latest government distancing guideline and its prohibition on more than six singers rehearsing indoors.
The glorious avian image is taken by the chorus’s accompanist, Nicholas Freestone.
