Having heard Ferrández in recital two years ago, I can report that he deserves this opportunity. An impressive musician!
What happened to the Naive label; presumably severe financial strife? They have still been releasing issues at a sluggish pace [ actually not that far off the speed of Warner-ex-EMI if one omits the latter’s lowbrow/unibrow/crossover dross ].
Naive have had just about the best CD covers. Shame they don’t do vinyl, where the artwork could be stunning :

Ferrandez has a lovely sound in the Dvorak . The orchestral sound is sumptuous as well. Is it the Israel Philharmonic ?
