  • The sound of a little river is perfect, the musics of Respighi or Schumman could be very good also… I don’t advise Bruckner or Bartok

    Stop drinking coffee ENTIRELY.

Wait two weeks. Minimize or avoid: sugar, red wine, ketchup, nitrates, phosphates and sulfates. Eat whole foods. Take adequate salt.

  • John Borstlap says:

In the sixties of the last century, the radio orchestra of Baden-Baden had a programming of mainly Klangkunst instead of Tonkunst, which resulted in many medical complaints from the players, of which tinnitus was most common, especially after works by Xenakis, who got the nickname Iannis Tinnitus after a while among the musicians.

  • David Boxwell says:

Stear clear of that Smetana Quartet (the one in E minor) which musically depicts the affliction.
