Dear friends, I am very sad that due to a very bad cold that I have since yesterday morning I will not be able to perform tonight. I know and fully understand how disappointing this is for everyone and I am the first one to be suffering because of not singing tonight for you. Too bad she had to cancel as I thought she gave an excellent performance on Saturday. The weather in London has been terrible over the past week or so. Big changes in temperature and switches between heavy rain and sun easily cause colds, so this is not surprising.

Actually, viruses cause colds.
