Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra has appointed Barbara Bishop to the vacant oboe post and Hyobi Sim solo violist.

    Uhm, Bishop has been appointed as an oboist, not principal oboist if you read the press release. Kathryn Greenbank is still principal oboe.

    Saint Paul’s principal violist is Maiya Papich.
    Yet you refer to this new girl as the new “solo violist”.
