    Why is this EMI’s “last Christmas card”?
    I’m not aware of any suggestion that EMI is about to cease trading, and they seem to be actively recruiting.
    One imagines that it may take the best part of a year for Universal’s purchase of the recording part, and SOny’s of the publishing, to go through (or otherwise), and so there is likely to still be an EMI to send Christmas cards next year, no?
