      Commentator names soloist at end of the clip – difficult to decipher accurately but sounds something like Marthe Piercieux

    Pity we can’t see this anymore…I believe he is playing on
    the girl’s violin, so it isn’t his Strad.

    The violinist was Marthe Tercieux. She taught for a while at the conservatory in Boulogne-sur-Mer.
