Maxim Lando is really fun. Who is the other guy?
Lang Lang’s contribution was stupid and only succeeded in detracting from the refined musicality and quality sound of Maxim Lando,Lang Lang’s explosive,ugly sounds were just stupid and egoistic. Naturally.
Lang Lang should stick to Chopin. The only recital of him I ever enjoyed was a Chopin only one. Not sure if that was his playing though or the lateness of the night.
Didn’t go back to hear classical music live after I saw him in a concerto in Glasgow, despite I lived steps away from the concert halls at the time. I bet if I heared pretty much any other pianist that night, I’d have been back many times.
Fortunately a few years later I started listening to musicians, not marketing tools.
Ugly and vulgar.
