The name of the violinist is Ashanti Floyd and he has 5 Grammy nominations, and he is from Tallahassee, Florida. Look him up, not an unknown violinist at all.
Wonderful! Thank you for this Norman. But I think he sounds closer to Stuff Smith or Don ‘Sugarcane’ Harris than Grappelli.
The guy certainly has talent, but “the next Stephane Grappelli” he is not.
