Well that’s a curious thing isn’t it? For a “busy international soprano” she isn’t very, er, busy, is she? As she has appeared at all of the worlds most prestigious theatres in New York, London, Paris, Vienna, Berlin, Munich, Milan in the recent past, it seems a bit odd that Iveri’s engagements for 2014/15 were either in Australia or Belgium, and two of her contracts in those have been cancelled and the two future Opera Australia gigs look dodgy. Or maybe not.
