‘Our average budget for an opera is 600 Euros’
mainIlir Kerni has resigned as head of Albania’s National Theatre of Opera and Ballet after less than two years in the job.
He says the left-wing Government cut the budget to next-to-nothing, less even than neighbouring Kosovo, which is not a fully-recognised state.
