He’s made it! Dude gets star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Gustavo Dudamel will be jostling for limelight with the likes of Goldie Hawn, Hugh Laurie, Tyra Banks and Amy Adams.
Fame, at last.
Whoever nominated Maestro for his Hollywood Walk of Fame star has paid $30,000 to the local chamber of commerce for this privilege.
And in addition to that $30K, the star has to assert they do want it and will show up for the ceremony. I wonder how that works for the posthumous honorees.
