Kaufmann cancels San Carlo. Again
OperaTeatro San Carlo ‘advises the kind public .. that Jonas Kaufmann is forced to cancel his participation in the role of Cavaradossi in the opera Tosca due to a date change, resulting in an unresolvable calendar incompatibility.’
He will be replaced in September by three other tenors: Francesco Meli, Vittorio Grigolo and Yusif Eyvazov.
Kaufmann cancelled San Carlo twice in 2024.
