The climate activist’s aura is fading as she gets mixed up in Middle East and other conflicts beyond her ken.

But things are looking up for her Mum (pictured in 2014).

Warner give her front cover billing in a new release next month:

The newest album from Christina Pluhar and L’Arpeggiata is a hymn to nature featuring the Swedish mezzo-soprano Malena Ernman, mother of climate activist Greta Thunberg. The programme spans Baroque repertoire, traditional music and improvisations, ranging from Handel’s Serse: Crude furie degli orridi abissi to a traditional folk song: The Taylor and the Mouse. The release marks L’Arpeggiata’s 25th anniversary.

  • Philipp Lord Chandos says:

“The climate activist’s aura is fading as she gets mixed up in Middle East and other conflicts beyond her ken.”

A narrative that suits climate change denying (or ignoring) warmongers.

    • James says:

Well, no, the statement would hold for someone who regrets that her climate change activisim is losing its power as she spouts ignorant nonsense about the Middle East (which she does, while entirely ignoring the mass rapes, kidnappings, grisly murders, torture and mutilation of Israeli women, children and men).

      • Philipp Lord Chandos says:

Every time one gets into a car or turns up the heating, one entirely ignores the millions of deaths worldwide that have been and will be indirectly caused by climate change, as well as the associated economic and social conflicts that lead to the very atrocities listed above.

    • Bone says:

Not really. That whole shoving the kid in front of an issue thing was weird to start with.

    • Terence says:

On the contrary, they may be tired of her ego-driven posturing especially now that it includes supporting Hama terrorists.

  • Chris says:

Greta Thunberg’s aura is far from fading…try researching more than just one’s own boomer opinions in the future…

  • Anthony Sayer says:

Even climate was beyond Thunberg’s ken. Shame on all those who gave her idiotic rants houseroom.
