Not true he did Turandot at ENO
Not quite right. He staged Turandot at ENO in 2009 – the Chinese restaurant one. Possibly not surprising that there hasn’t been another.
Oh! I went with a Chinese visitor and we both loved it.
No accounting etc… Incidentally, so that your commenters don’t look completely stupid, you might want to make clear that the original post, which we replied to, said “but no opera” rather than “very little”.
