long ago played a cellist named Pablo
    famed as Spain’s diablo
but today we have Víctor García
    whose mom is another García
and as likely as not Pablo’s forgot
once Víctor’s made his stellar career

      Today cellists might be hot,
but Pablo will never be forgot!

Interesting that the cellist who got second prize also received the audience prize and the prize for recording a CD with GENUIN classics..

  • Glen says:

No mention of cellist Johannes Gray, who despite getting 2nd prize was the audience favourite and received the award of a CD production? Seems like he’s the winner here.
