While that’s probably *technically* true, that seems to leave a lot of the importance of the story out. Don’t forget Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Mick Taylor, Jack Bruce, Aynsley Dunbar, a lot of later-famous musicians went through that group.
R.I.P. I still keep his “The Turning Point” CD and play it occasionally.
