The international Yehudi Menuhin festival in Gstaad has consigned its future to the violinist Daniel Hope.

The appointment of the new director will be announced tomorrow. Details here in Christian Berzins report.

Hope, 50, grew up Yehudi Menuhin’s knee while his mother, Eleanor, was the legend’s secretary.
