That’s nothing new. A lot of opera costume designers wear outlandish clothes like that. Only things missing are big daddy gold chains and oversized sunglasses… maybe on their TikTok?
But it’s far cry from the innocent young Anna I first met in 1990’s San Francisco with no air or attitude. Even though I was just a kid I had a big xoxo crush on her.
I wouldn’t be caught dead in such ugly clothing. It looks like the ‘costumes’ in an updated opera production by one of today ‘s great ‘stage directors.’
