The finalists have been selected at the richly endowed Concours musical international de Montréal. All six are male.

They are:
Elias ACKERLEY (UK, South Korea)
Anthony RATINOV (United States)
Gabriele STRATA (Italy)
Derek WANG (United States)
Jaeden IZIK-DZURKO (Canada)
Jakub KUSZLIK (Poland)

The Canadian finalist, 23, has already won two out of the three special awards.

        You must be massively ignorant if you think that solves anything. Open your eyes and think a bit more about jury dynamics, and how jurors shouldn’t even have any students or ex-students (up to a specified amount of years) in competitions, as many significant competitions already stipulate
