Back in 1989, Itzhak was on a special episode of The Frugal Gourmet with Jeff Smith on PBS. I don’t remember what they cooked together except for matzo ball soup, but it was tremendously entertaining and informative.
Itzhak had been on cooking shows as often as Yo-Yo Ma was on Sesame Street.
