Putin orders pay rise for music teachers – but not at college

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has told cultural workers of the Tver region that music teachers in state schools should not have to depend on private lessons for a living.

‘Teachers should have the opportunity to receive an income on which they can live, and live not only on private lessons,’ he declared.

College teachers, though, were ‘a separate matter’, he said.

      He is a murderer, but which leader in the west is not as well? All recent US presidents, UK presidents, were all murderers, some even mass murderers, within the context of your logic.
