The principal bassoon of the Bolshoi Theatre orchestra Mikhail Shilenkov died yesterday of an undisclosed cause. Shilenkov had held the principal position for exactly 20 years.

Please, correct your post. It’s not from Bolshoi Theatre. It’s from the L’Orchestre symphonique Tchaïkovski. ( In Russian it also begins with “bolshoi” ).
