Swiss elect a professional musician to parliament
NewsThe cellist Estelle Revaz was elected yesterday for the socialist list to the National Council in the Canton of Geneva.
Revaz, 34, is thought to be the first professional musicians to stand successfully for parliament in Switzerland.
She is a student of e Jérôme Pernoo in Paris and Maria Kliegel in Cologne.
