    Thank God!!!

  • Robert Holmén says:

    That’s a pretty good run.

I went to one of their concerts in Dallas and every aspiring student cellist and his supportive parents for probably 100 miles was there.

  • MJLStrd says:

Learned about 2Cellos a year & a half to 2 years ago. FANTASTIC! Could not/cannot get enough. As they’ve expanded more into their own directions I’ve followed— keeps me really happily busy!

  • Simon Scott says:

They are not short of talent but I disliked the way they used it. Sometimes they applied violence to their cellos and, in fact, on YouTube there is a video called Thunderstruck in which they both practically destroy their bows. Not a good example.

    • Mary says:

You do realise that the Thunderstruck video is about upending the sometimes “stuffy” world of classical music? If serious, your comment is a little ironic :).

  • Kurt says:

Quick, sell my stock in horsehair processing companies!

  • Joanne raidal says:

Went and saw there last Sydney concert and it was amazing

  • Rhonda Cello Page says:

Stjepan is the biggest flirt! I had him wink at me continually when I spoke to him at the after-party at the 2016 Amsterdam Cello Biennial. I had to ask him if he had something in his eye! Lukas is a sweetie! I wish them both the best in life and am happy they did not milk their duo career to the end, like Rostropovich did his, when it was no longer fun to watch him slowly expire.

    • Karin says:

And so you have to boast that the superbly talented and handsome Stjepan Hauser flirted with you! What a lucky fan you are. Remember, Hauser is not married, like Luca, so he can flirt if he wants to.

  • Ragip says:

Such a duo is born ones in a century.

  • Christian says:

When I started teaching strings in 2014, I discovered these two and fell in love with the concept and the music. I played their videos for my students and even attended a couple of tunes for them to play. They loved it and found it to be inspiring. I hope they come back after a time away. Thanks, boys!
