The Juilliard String Quartet has a new violist, Molly Carr.

She replaces the legendary Roger Tapping who died in January.

Molly, who is presently isolating with Covid-19, was previously violist of the Iris Trio. She continues to play as the Carr-Petrova Duo. She lives in Harlem with husband Oded Hadar.

Wonderful player. Filling Roger’s shoes will be some feet.
