  • Montblanc says:

    Infinitely happy. Very.

  • IP says:

Why doesn’t this one ever come to mind when talking politics, given that he is soooo political?

  • Tamino says:

He has that kind of personality, where whatever he says makes you want to believe or do the opposite. So annoyingly full of himself.

  • Heidelbeere Riesling says:

A hack like him, pampered and arrogant, handed every privilege as an artist from the very beginning, yet constantly disappoints with his musical products and with his unending shallow and vain pseudo-philosophical babbling – has no business whatsoever in taking a position like this. Previous director Thomas Hampson was also a pompous character, but he was incredibly well-read, had actual life experience and emotional maturity, and a load of charisma to back it up.

A purely business decision: who’s the next hot famous person we can exploit?

  • Tania says:

Mainstream, mediocre and above all infinitely arrogant. Every first semester piano student plays actually better than him. His Beethoven sonatas as full of mistakes, wrong notes and wrong rhythms.
