Heather O’Donnell of The Green Room in Cologne has opened a reception centre, offering assistance to refugees from Ukraine.

She tells slippedisc.com:

The Green Room is a center in Cologne that provides health-services for performing artists (musicians, dancers and actors).

We welcome you in Germany and would like to offer you our help.

Our full range of programs are open to you : individual psychological counseling, career counseling, and a range of courses supporting your health as an artist.

We can provide advice on navigating your everyday life, in coordination with other assistance providers.

Please write to info@thegreenroomforartists.de

The record producer Michael Fine, who lives in Rotterdam, is doing his best to find orchestral work for displaced musicians in Belgium, Holland, Germany and France. He has succeeded so far with one orchestra and wants to hear from more who can help. Contact his FB page in the first instance: https://www.facebook.com/michael.fine.792

And let us know of other such initiatives.

Never let it be said again that the world stood by and did nothing.
