We hear that the British pop star has joined forces with Deutsche Telekom to release a new track next week based on the artificial intelligence reconstruction of fragments of Beethoven’s tenth symphony.

There is no sound strack to be heard as yet. Release date is next Monday at the Mobile World Congress.

The sponsor says: ‘For Deutsche Telekom, digital responsibility is an inseparable part of digitization. That is why the company repeatedly focuses on the challenges of new technologies. For example, how they interact with us humans. How creative can artificial intelligence be, for example? Deutsche Telekom is now exploring this question with world star Robbie Williams.’

Those of us who have examined the AI results are uniformly unimpressed.
