Sondra Radvanovsky who appears in the title role, talks about the strong women created by Puccini in his dramatic operas.
Sounds like an excellent cast. Glad they didn’t try to get Terfel.
Decency is a virtue.
Carlos Alvarez is fabulous. Not necessarily what’s required here as he’s a REAL Verdi baritone!
Words to reflect on:
“I think now, especially after the last year and a half we’ve lived in, if nothing else we’ve learned [it’s] what matters most in our lives. I challenge everyone out there to find their true passion, whatever it is. We’ve been given this opportunity to hit reset, and what a better time than now.”
