One Dutch orchestra finds a music director
NewsWhile Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw continues headless ad clueless for the next few years, the Residentie orchestra of The Hague has lost no time or sleep in replacing the departing Nicholas Collon.
The new chief in The Hague will be the German conductor Anja Bihlmaier, 42, who has worked with the orchestra for the past three years.
This will be her first chief conductor position.
