    Gorgeous.
    Milva was truly one of the great chanteuses in the tradition of Lenya, Dietrich, and Piaf, but with a voice sweeter than those wonderful ladies.
    As a huge fan of the genre, I will think of her often.

    Saw her in an exhilaratingly crazy multimedia Berio’s La Vera Storia way back at the RFH in 1994. Epitomised the madness of the evening
