Lucerne cancels Schiff
mainThe Lucerne Festival has called off its mid-May spring festival with Andras Schiff and friends.
The festival had already been postponed from March, but wave-3 Covid is lingering longer than expected among the Swiss.

I thought Switzerland was a clean country.
Zurich cancels their next live stream because “a person close to the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich has tested positive for Covid-19”.
Luckily it wasn’t Paavo.
Today, Switzerland registered 1844 new infections and 11 deaths from Covid-19.
The reproduction number R is currently 1.18.
The incidence of the ‘third wave’ is rising.

SD been using the word this way for years and years.
