Death of senior German composer, 90
mainThe East Berlin composer Paul Heinz Dittrich, who died today, was a moderate modernist who maintained his individuality in the GDR, working with electronics and some serial elements. He was sufficiently trusted by the regime to be allowed to work in the 1980s at Pierre Boulez’s Ircam in Paris.
He worked with three western publishers, Universal Edition, Schott and Wise Music.
I’m really sad about this. That was such a nice man. My mother had this “event” with him that got all over everything: (the papers, people in the streets, other countries even Italy) and then she had to bend over her proper behavior and sneak out of the back entrance with so much to do already she had came a part even more sick and then she had been lying down and just gave up on life…..
“came” should be come in my other post, of which the third ALSO would be one too many
