mainThe philanthropist Warner Henry has died at 82.
Together with his wife Carol, he was the principal backer of Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, gave $10 million to Domingo’s LA Opera, and also supported the Colburn School, Los Angeles Master Chorale, Camerata Pacifica and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

RIP Mr. Henry. He sounds like a wonderful supporter and fan of classical music in Los Angeles.
Yes, unlike New York whose billionaires no longer care.
I suspect that with Mr Henry’s great love of music and education he will have made some provision for a continuation of his support in his will. It would make for an even more befitting legacy of a such a key figure in the LA music scene. RIP
So what did he leave them behind?
