The annual Festival Berlioz in August at his birthplace town of La Côte-Saint-André, in southeast France, was called off today.

At least, they preserved a dash of irony with the announcement.

    It’s a superb museum in the large house of Berlioz’s father in the centre of a small country town Well worth a detour when foreign travel is possible again.
