By the way, I do not think that good old JSB started concerts in the Zimmermann coffee house on first Sunday in Advent by forcing the audience to sing along with “Nun komm der …”?
In Denmark we are likewise not forced to sing “Blomstre som en rosengaard” by Carl Nielsen (even though the melody is surely much superior to the bland and banal one on the video) in concert halls on the same day.
