He does.
Not that much!
They don’t look anything alike!
Putin is probably the better conductor.
NOT!!!!!
Paavo would be a better president.
So long as he only LOOKS like Putin but doesn’t imitate him in ‘other’ ways……
That is most certainly a bad look for Jarvi.
Sure there’s a resemblance. What it proves is that he has a sense of humour, rather like his wonderful old Dad!
Putin has a sense of humour too!
“Did Arvo Pärt ever tell you a dirty joke?” 😀 😀 😀 😀
Much Better looking and more distinguished! Taller and smiles more often!
He has a great nose, and a jaw with a real chin. Putin lacks these, and tries to make up for it by his machismo.
Paavo Jarvi usually looks happy. Putin always looks so serious and dour – KGB like.
Russia is a stew of ethnicities, and Russian names that end with the “in” suffix usually denote a Uralic background, if a distant one. Of course, the various groups are intermingled and spread far and wide, though sometimes faces from long ago seem to appear. So it is not surprising that Putin and Järvi resemble each other, as ethic Estonians are Finnic and thus distantly Uralic. Compare Putin’s looks to Rimsky-Korsakov’s, who was just about the archetypical Slavic Russian.
And Zubin Mehta looks like Jeff Goldblume, just as Gvorgeous Gvantsa, the Beautishviliful sister, looks like Salma Hayek!
