Argerich, like every other 2nd post on this webpage that includes a pianist.
Guiomar Novaes
Guiomar Novaes (oh what happened to all her wonderful Vox recordings that I once owned?) seems a pretty good guess. She was Brazilian as, indeed, was/is Rosana Martins, another Brazilian pianist of roughly similar generation, made the photograph available for public viewing.
Maybe not her? She was supposed to show up for the photo shoot but she cancelled at the last moment.
