The Orchestra also offers a new Musical Mindfulness program (page 8), expanding upon the recently-added Yoga Class at Orchestra Hall series by presenting three guided meditation sessions onstage with an Orchestra musician or small ensemble providing live music at each event.

    Yes. There doesn’t seem to be an orchestra out there that isn’t eager and willing to turn music on its head.

    The spread of yoga throughout society is sickening. Everyone overlooks the vile mental conditioning within the system, its Hindu values and lies. Yoga is just a series of postures held for a length of time. You can do that with anything. The rest is all brainwashing. What it really accomplishes is making people even more self-involved and self-righteous.
