Actually, I think it’s Fritz Reiner.

Mikhail Pletnev. The lad does look like him somewhat, and his age matches the appearance of the photograph — the toy horse, crib, wallpaper. I cannot think those would fit with Markevitch, Solti, Celi, et al.
