This is a pretty offensive and inconsiderate headline. David was a wonderful leader for the KO organization and should be remembered as more than a “car smash”…whatever the hell that means….
Question. So if music critic dies in a car-smash, his Obituary will read “Car-Smash Writer Replaced by Hollywood Gossip Columnist”?
That headline must be the new style, in line with Brexit strategies, a signal to the world that we are England and say it as we please.
