Oh, come on! Stop being so stuffy. These sort of things have always been done. It’s meant to be comedy. Whether you find it funny or not, that’s a matter of taste. Personally, it made me smile.
I don’t see a great deal of difference between this and Hoffnung using vacuum cleaners in the 1950s or Frank Zappa using bathtubs and bicycles in the 1960s.
